Our Program:
Our lifestyle management program empowers you to manage your weight, health problems and habits by incorporating diet, exercise, stress and sleep management goals within your daily schedule.

  • The initial program is for 8 weeks. Doctor visits may be in person or virtual.
  • Your first visit will be a history and physical exam with the doctor. This will include weight and BMI measurements, and discussion on health problems and habits. She will do blood-work as necessary and provide recommendations. You will follow-up with her  monthly or as necessary.
  • Next you will see our dietitian virtually twice monthly who will give you recommendations on a customized diet plan.
  • Our lifestyle coach will assess and reassess your customized goals of diet, exercise, stress, and sleep management during virtual weekly consultations.
  • You may purchase boxes of our handmade protein bites and healthy bars.
  • You may continue the program on a month-to-month membership, so you can stay connected and continue to work on your health goals.
