Our lifestyle management program enables you to prioritize your health by incorporating diet, exercise, stress and sleep management goals within your daily schedule. This empowers you to manage your weight, health problems and habits.
- The program is for 8 weeks.
- Your first assessment will be an in person or video visit with our doctor who will do a history and physical exam, which includes weight and BMI measurements, and discuss health problems and habits. She will do blood-work as required and provide recommendations and handouts. You will follow-up with her as necessary.
- Next you will see our dietitian virtually twice per month and she will recommend a diet plan.
- Our program manager/lifestyle coach will assess and reassess your goals of diet, exercise, stress, and sleep management during 15-minute virtual weekly consultations.
- You will receive a box of bites and bars monthly. You may place additional orders.
