Cooking Class – Oatmeal Feast

Cooking class presented by Dr. Kavita Kewalramani and Scott Savokinas.
Heart-healthy oats are such a versatile food: they can be served hot or cold, as the star ingredient or playing a supporting role, they can even appear at breakfast, lunch or dinner. In this class we will prepare three examples: a breakfast no-cook oatmeal that can be prepared the night before, a granola squares recipe that can be adjusted to make a simple but flavorful granola, and risotto that uses steel-cut oats instead of rice. Whether or not you like oats, you will love this hands-on class!’
