All are welcome to join in our weekly meditation practice led by Erin Sheehan. Mindfulness meditation can be a safe, natural and effective tool in helping to decrease stress, increase immunity and overall mental and physical well-being.
Erin takes the time each week to introduce mindfulness meditation to the group and leads a practice. There is no previous experience necessary and participants are encouraged to bring a friend and join as often as possible. Different guided meditations are offered as well as direction to help individuals establish a personal practice at home.

Feb 1st: Quieting the Mind; Review of the 5 Hindrances
Feb 8th: Bringing Awareness; Guided Meditation on Self-Compassion.
Feb 15th: Anxiety Relief; Guided Visual Meditation
Feb 22nd: Digital Mindfulness; Body-scan Meditation
Cost = $10 / class or $30 / month
