Mindfulness Meditation Class

All are welcome to join in our weekly meditation practice led by Erin Sheehan. Mindfulness meditation can be a safe, natural and effective tool in helping to decrease stress, increase immunity and overall mental and physical well-being.

Erin takes the time each week to introduce mindfulness meditation to the group and leads a practice. There is no previous experience necessary and participants are encouraged to bring a friend and join as often as possible. Different guided meditations are offered as well as direction to help individuals establish a personal practice at home.

Wednesday March 8th, 2017:        Formal and Informal Mindfulness Practices & Home Practice

Wednesday March 15th, 2017:      Active Breathing and Cognitive Function

Wednesday March 22nd, 2017:     Mindfulness Meditation for Present Moment Awareness

Wednesday March 29th, 2017:     The Art of the Pause and Mindfulness Body Scan

Wednesday April 19th, 2017:        Mindfulness Meditation for Stress and Anxiety Relief

Wednesday April 26th, 2017:       Mindfulness Meditation for Self-Care and Compassion

Cost = $10 / class or $30 / month
