The focus of our group meditation for the month of September will be Self-Care. We will explore different mindfulness practices and concepts related to ways we can naturally manage stress and anxiety. We will also discuss helpful tools for starting a home meditation practice as well as manage other healthy habits. Our Self-Care month will also include guided meditations that can help us build on feelings of benevolence and compassion for ourselves and others.
This weekly group is open to everyone and no previous experience is required. Come join us in practicing this natural, and useful tool for overall health and well-being every Tuesday from 6:30-7:30pm.
