Weight Management and Wellness Program: 3-4-5 Mindful Nutrition

This is our signature program which follows dietary guidelines as well as mindful and time-restricted eating. Our wellness program also includes exercise recommendations and meditation.

The program lasts for 3 months:

Doctor’s initial evaluation which includes a complete history, examination and blood-work. The doctor will discuss and provide colorful, easy to follow meal plans with pictures.

You can do it in 2 ways:
1)
You can choose to do weekly 2 hour sessions in our wellness center which include a group counseling session, yoga and meditation class, followed by a breakfast in our mindful kitchen. We will provide a recipe and you will enjoy this experience with the same team for 3 months.
OR
2)
If you work and have other time constraints, you can choose to do phone counseling sessions with our wellness coach. You may also attend our meditation class which is on Wednesdays every week.

You will have 2 more doctor’s follow-up visits where the doctor will adjust your diet and discuss recommendations for exercise and stress management.

You will also have life-long membership to our 3-4-5 mindful kitchen where we will serve breakfast and you may also purchase energy bites made fresh with all natural ingredients in our mindful kitchen.
