All are welcome to join in our weekly meditation practice led by Erin Sheehan. Mindfulness meditation can be a safe, natural and effective tool in helping to decrease stress, increase immunity and overall mental and physical well-being.
Erin takes the time each week to introduce mindfulness meditation to the group and leads a practice. There is no previous experience necessary and participants are encouraged to bring a friend and join as often as possible. Different guided meditations are offered as well as direction to help individuals establish a personal practice at home.

Wednesday January 4th, 2017: Mindfulness Meditation for Stress Relief Part 1 and Starting a Practice at Home.
Wednesday January 11th, 2017: Mindfulness Meditation for Stress Relief Part 2 and Guided Meditation on Self-Compassion.
Wednesday January 18th, 2017: Metta Meditation Part 1 and Body-Scan Guided Meditation.
Wednesday January 25th, 2017: Metta Meditation Part 2
Cost = $10 / class or $30 / month
