Erin has several years of experience with guiding students in building a meditation practice. She has completed her Masters in Mindfulness Studies from Lesley University. She teaches children, teenagers, and their parents mindfulness meditation practices and strategies. She is a long-term meditator, attends silent retreats, and collaborates often with others on effective integration of meditation with education, palliative care, and digital mindfulness.

Tracy has a Masters of Social Work and is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Nutrition Specialist. She enjoys working with individuals and groups, guiding them toward reaching their optimal wellness through weight loss, stress management and creating a healthy habit lifestyle. Tracy believes that setting and achieving goals and making manageable changes are essential to reaching and maintaining significant weight loss and improving overall health.
